1. Who we are

This website is operated by Atlas Trailer Group, a trailer dealership located at 750 Winchester Rd, Lexington, KY 40505. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Atlas Trailer Group, and “you” refers to the person using this site or buying from us.

2. Using this website

You may browse, request quotes and place orders for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

3. Product information and pricing

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but specifications, photographs, availability and pricing can change without notice. Photographs are often representative of the model rather than the exact unit. Where a listed price is obviously incorrect due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Trailer weights, capacities and dimensions are supplied by the manufacturer. Always confirm the specification of the specific unit before relying on it for a load calculation.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order or paying a deposit is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order in writing. We may decline an order where a trailer is no longer available, where payment cannot be verified, or where we believe the order is fraudulent.

5. Payment

Full payment or an agreed financing approval must clear before a trailer is released for pickup or dispatched. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store full card details on our systems.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you when the trailer is collected by you or your carrier, or when it is delivered to the address you gave us. Please inspect the trailer before signing the delivery receipt and note any damage on the paperwork.

7. Title, registration and legal use

You are responsible for titling and registering the trailer in your state and for using it legally, including load limits, lighting, braking and licensing. We supply the paperwork required at the point of sale but cannot advise on the requirements of every jurisdiction.

8. Warranties

New trailers carry the manufacturer warranty for that brand. We pass those claims through and support you with them, but we do not issue our own warranty unless it is stated in writing on your invoice. Used and blemished units are sold as described. See our warranty page.

9. Returns

Returns and cancellations are covered by our returns and cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the trailer concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or downtime.

11. Intellectual property

The layout, text and original photography on this site belong to Atlas Trailer Group. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the courts of Kentucky have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
