Shipping & Delivery

Local pickup in Lexington or door-to-door transport anywhere in the lower 48. Here is exactly how delivery works and what it costs.

1

Local pickup

Collect from our lot at 750 Winchester Rd, Lexington, KY 40505. We walk you through the trailer, check your hitch and lights, and make sure you leave hooked up correctly.

2

Regional delivery

Within roughly 300 miles of Lexington we usually deliver on our own equipment, which keeps costs down and timing predictable.

3

Nationwide transport

Beyond that we use vetted carriers. You get a firm delivery quote up front and a contact for the driver once dispatched.

Timing

What to expect after you order

Delivery timing depends on distance, carrier availability and whether the trailer is in stock or being built. We give you a realistic window rather than an optimistic one, and we update you if anything changes.

  • In-stock local pickup: usually available within one to two business days of cleared payment
  • Regional delivery: typically three to seven business days
  • Long-haul transport: typically one to three weeks depending on lane and season
  • Factory-ordered units: lead time quoted at the time of order

Preparing for delivery day

RequirementDetail
AccessA truck and trailer combination needs room to turn. Flat, firm ground and clear overhead space.
Someone presentAn adult must be on site to inspect and sign for the trailer.
InspectionWalk around before signing. Note any transit damage on the delivery paperwork.
PaymentBalances must be cleared before a unit is released for transport.
Important. Damage found after you sign a clean delivery receipt is much harder to claim. Take two minutes to look it over, and photograph anything that concerns you.

Shipping questions

How is shipping priced?

By distance, trailer size and current carrier rates on that lane. We quote it per order rather than using a flat table, so you pay what the move actually costs.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?

Contact us before ordering. These moves are possible but need special arrangements, and pricing and paperwork differ from a standard lower-48 delivery.

Can I collect the trailer myself?

Yes, and it is usually the cheapest option. Bring a tow vehicle rated for the loaded weight, the correct hitch and ball size, and a working trailer plug.

What if nobody is home when the driver arrives?

The carrier may charge a redelivery or storage fee. Give us a reliable contact number so the driver can confirm a window before setting out.

Is the trailer insured in transit?

Carriers we use carry cargo coverage. Ask us for the specifics on your shipment if you want the details in writing.

Need a delivered price?

Send us your ZIP code with the trailer you want and we will include transport in the quote.
