Accepted payment methods

We accept the methods shown at checkout, together with bank transfer and certified funds for larger purchases. If you would prefer to arrange payment directly with us rather than online, call (364) 646-4113 and we will set it up.

Deposits

A deposit reserves a specific trailer and takes it off the market for other buyers. Deposits are applied to the purchase price. How and when they are refundable is set out in our returns and cancellations policy.

When payment is due

The balance must clear before a trailer is released for pickup or dispatched for transport. Where financing is used, we release the trailer once the lender has funded the deal.

Sales tax

Sales tax on trailers depends on where the trailer will be titled and registered rather than where it is bought. Kentucky purchasers are charged applicable Kentucky tax at the point of sale. Out-of-state buyers taking delivery outside Kentucky will normally pay tax when titling the trailer in their home state, and requirements vary, so check with your local office before you budget.

Fees

We do not charge dealer preparation or documentation fees. Transport, title and any state-mandated charges are quoted separately and shown before you pay.

Card security

Card details are handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. We never ask for card numbers by email or text, and we will never call you to request your full card details. If you receive such a request, it is not from us.
