Information we collect

When you request a quote or place an order we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, delivery ZIP code or full address, and the details of what you want to haul. When you buy, we also process billing details, though card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

Like most websites, we also collect limited technical information automatically, such as pages viewed, referring site and general location derived from IP address. This is used to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare and send quotes, process and deliver orders, arrange financing where you have asked us to, handle warranty and service matters, and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you have asked to hear about new inventory, we will use your email for that until you tell us to stop.

Who we share it with

Only where it is necessary to do the job: transport carriers arranging your delivery, the manufacturer when handling a warranty claim, lenders when you have applied for financing, our payment processor, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your details to third parties for marketing.

This site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working, to remember preferences and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, including checkout, may not work correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Sales records are kept for as long as tax, warranty and title obligations require.

Your choices

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and act quickly if something looks wrong.

Children

This site is intended for adults purchasing trailers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
